If there’s one thing that I know very little about, it’s TV Tuners.  This is of course an important part of Media Center hardware.  Maybe one of the most important parts depending on what you want your Media Center to be.  That’s why I’m looking for an expert who would want to come on the podcast and explain to myself and my listeners all about TV Tuners. 

My goal would be to start at the beginning:  What tuners do and how they do it.  Also to move into different types of signals (QAM, ClearQAM, NTSC, ATSC, etc.) and the tuners you need for each signal.
